I think you ment it the otherway? Anyways, maybe viv team could post a message in the last blog conversation if they push these kind of minor updates?

Yes, it is,
https://vivaldi.com/blog/android/minor-update-android-6-8/No it isn't. The blog post was created before 3388.111 was available. I updated after reading the blog post on 10th day. And on 13th day I noticed another update offered, it was 3388.111. And today I noticed yet another update 3388.127. I don't see any mention of these in the blog post, or any edit in it.

We didn't create any blog posts for the last two updates, because there was nothing new in the updates as far as features and bug fixes go. We just noticed an issue with the builds themselves, so uploaded new versions of the files to the Play Store.

Perhaps you should add an addendum to the first post here and in the blog post saying "update: minor code change led to version XXX released on XX July"?
Then people can at least know what's going on even if there's nothing new to say...
