Would you be able to add an option to include signitures in the quick reply similar to the quoted text

Instead of adding an additional option consider honouring existing setting:

Love the new Quick reply feature, but really need the signature included when I use it.

@wsecker is it not included when the options @yojimbo274064400 showed are active?

Usually on Win11 running Vivaldi Snapshot builds. Opinionated about working efficiently with email. Folders are evil | Mail workflow: receive, read, reply, mark as read, done.

@WildEnte My settings are exactly the same. Works fine for new mail and if I reply / forward etc, but if I use the quick reply it doesn't.

The idea was that the quick reply was only for exactly that: A quick yes/no/ok kind of answer. And therefore no need to include quoted text or signatures. But we did budge and include quoted text so I guess we need to add this toggle also. I am not sure that it would be correct to use the global setting in the mail settings because some (hopefully most) users would still want quick reply without signature even if they want their regular messages with signature.

That solution makes perfect sense with default of Quick Reply Messages toggled Off to maintain current behaviour.

                      Include Signature in:
                      ☑ Replied Messages
                      ☐ Forwarded Messages
                      ☐ Quick Reply Messages
