Add the option to hibernate tabs (stacks)

there is this option on the pc version, why is it not available in the mobile version?

@I5W I think on mobile is just handled by android.
So if you have several tabs opened, they are likely already hibernated.

@Hadden89 then why is my phone getting laggy when i try to open the menu that opens a new tab? (when you hold down a link), i have over 200 pages opened. i read novels if you wondering why.
