GPU 3D and Copy Spikes on Vivaldi Close

I've noticed recently that Vivaldi causes a spike in display GPU 3D and Copy when the app is closed, but only if HWAcceleration is enabled.
Sometimes it will spike to 1,000,000+%
Copy also spikes, but not as much.Vivaldi seems to function fine. I've only noticed this in the last week or so.
