Can't make Replies on Youtube with Vivaldi

I can't make replies on Youtube - and I can't blame Youtube because I can do so on other browsers.

Hi - Yes I'm logged on.
Re Pathduck's instructions above: too complicated for little ol me and i never had this problem before, so I just switched to using another browser, like Firefox, for Youtube.
