ERR_SOCKET_NOT_CONNECTED on google and youtube

There's some significant delay like more than 15 seconds to open google search from the address or search bar + to start youtube video.
Sometimes google gives ERR_SOCKET_NOT_CONNECTED and then the page reloads immediately and the content is loaded.
Reset settings to defaults, turned off all extensions, tried a private window - no luck.
Other browsers (FF/Chrome/Brave/Pulse/Opera) behave normally.

That's rather critical since Vivaldi became unusable.

@crankdude Never had such issue.

But y idea to fix:
Open vivaldi://net-internals
Select Sockets at left
Hit "Flush Socket Pools"
Restart Vivaldi.

External Security Tool blocking something
Restricted use of sockets for onnections by Windows settings or firewall

@DoctorG no luck, turned out the other sites could go slow too. just downgraded to the 5 version and turned off auto updates

Not advised, than can break your 6.x profile data and cause other issues.

@crankdude We had users in forum who downgraded profiles and got strange errors, which we could not investigate.
Not a joke, a fact.

@DoctorG if so i'll revert to the 6 build before the last one with the problem

@crankdude I fear then a Installing a newer Vivaldi 6.x version will not fix a broken profile.
It is your risk if you do such back and forth.
