As you can see, the Panels Bar not only floats but remains when the UI is toggled off! IIRC, we've seen this before...

@Ayespy I didn't file a bug report: Didn't think it was important enough! At any rate, I'd presume it's just a matter of including or not the Panels Bar itself in the float scope...

last night i belatedly did the update to this version, & based on the tide of woe is me doom & gloom apparent calamity from some in this thread, i was expecting an exciting time. alas, mine still seems to work fine . the only major disappointment was i still could not find the hidden tst checkbox in experiments.

I reported a bug for this build VB-99193. I'm seeing that Google search seems to think there is unusual activity and will prompt for a captcha. After rolling back to stable this issue stops. It happens intermittently.

@Ayespy Thanks. I was going insane thinking I had a flagged IP. I was trying to release my lease with no luck. Then I realized it was Vivaldi.

The following line of custom CSS broke for me with this update:
.tab-position {height:23px !important; --Height:23px !important; position:relative; --PositionY:0px !important; --PositionX:-5px !important}

Vertical tabs are now shown over the webpage, instead of getting truncated/cut off by the end of the tab bar. Resizing the tab bar doesn't do anything. Any ideas on what changed to break this code? Or to fix? Thanks

When using dark themes, when I open the Notes tab, all notes are white font on white background, making them everything unviewable.

Works fine with lighter themes.

Notes still show fine in the Notes side panel though.

@ffuser1 The problem is as i know the CSS with position: fixed and height:100% for tabbar if "Enable Horizontal Scrolling" is activated.
