Fullscreen videos/streams freezing when on secondary monitor in the background
-
Hey, so as the title says, when I watch videos on youtube or streams on Twitch if they're fullscreen and I am doing something else on my main monitor (Browser being on the secondary monitor or in the background also) the video will every minute or so freeze for a second or two.
I have tried disabling all extensions, and reinstalling with removing all the data and nothing has worked at his point. Interestingly I don't have this issue in Linux but only on Windows 11.
I have an AMD GPU & CPU if that matters.

@Yahhas
Hi, some user report this even with one display with two Vivaldi windows running Youtube.
I am former Nvidia user but there are the some settings for AMD, I guess.
Disable VSync help some user, this is needed for games and if your display support it.
Sometimes the AMD/Nvidia driver create a profile for Vivaldi, this is useless and can cause issues, remove it.Cheers, mib

I'll try this out tommorrow, but this doesn't really bother me too much because most of the time if I am on Windows, I am working but other than that I mainly use Linux.
Thank you!
