Chat window missing on my.tsohost.com

The website https://my.tsohost.com/clientarea.php is supposed to show a chat icon/window/thingy in the bottom right-hand corner, as shown in this Edge screenshot.
In Vivaldi, there is nothing as you can see:

The chat thingy shows fine here. I'm guessing this is caused by the adblocker.
Please try the troubleshooting steps, including testing in a clean profile and disabling adblocking/extensions:

Vivaldi's built-in ad block was stopping it.
