how to restore "Workspace Tab"

6.2.3070.3 (Official Build) snapshot (64-bit)
Initially I had a tab on the left side marked "workspace" I then named about 4 workspaces. one for each of my tab stacks.
I was trying to delete some test workspace tabs and now that far - right "workspace tab" has disappeared.
I can still see the tabs under the window -> other Workspace and Tabs.
But it was handy to have the right tab which would drop down the various workspaces. Can it be restored?

Go to Settings > Tabs > Tab Display > Tab Bar and enable "Show Workspaces in Tab Bar". -
Thank you so much. I did go there several times. I guess in my frustration I missed it.
I love the Vivaldi Browser, I came from Opera many years ago now.regards
