Panel transparency? -SOLVED

I'm looking for a way to decrease the transparency of the panel. I have it set to float, and the underlying page's contents are obscuring the panel. I think this is theme-related, because it wasn't a problem before I installed a new theme, but I don't see a setting for it anywhere. The tab bar transparency setting does not affect the panel.

@paul1149 Well, what's the theme transparency and blur settings? If you have max transparency and no blur, it's going to bleed through and make the panel hard(er) to read.
Please make a screenshot explaining your issue. Might be a bug for all we know. There is a known bug with a lack of blur on side tabs, but not panels AFAIK.

@Pathduck The Theme's transparency is set to the minimum 25%. Blur is at 0%.
Increasing the Blur does help a bit.
