None of these are installed by VivaldiAfter deleting the AppData/Local Vivaldi folder and reinstalling Vivaldi those 3 extensions have already been in Vivaldi. I assumed they're being installed by their corresponding Windows programs automatically. I could ofcourse be wrong, but for whatever reason they are already in Vivaldi after each fresh install.

@inadream sync should reinstall the extensions too albeit not all their data. The extensions shouldn't be anymore to self install due changes on the API (was abused for years)

@Hadden89 I hear you and I understand.
It is weird then that those 3 extensions are installed when I open Vivaldi for the first time. I assumed the corresponding Windows program for each is seeing Vivaldi open and installing them, because I am not installing them myself manually. I would do a complete uninstall and reinstall just to recreate what is happening for your guys but now that Vivaldi is running perfectly I'm hesitant to do anything further.
Everything you have all suggested has helped me narrow my focus down to both the extensions, and to Adguard, so I'm hugely grateful for every post. The Vivaldi community and support is just incredible. Equally as excellent as Vivaldi itself when it's running perfectly. Thanks. -
@Pesala @Vivaldiscool @DoctorG @TbGbe @Ayespy @Hadden89 just wanted to thank you all for your advice, it has really been just incredible. Thank you for taking the time you have to help me resolve the issue. After completely disabling the Adguard program in Windows and removing/disabling a number of extensions Vivaldi is currently running perfectly without issues. Thanks to you Vivaldi community and support.
