Translate Page Dialog looping

Currently running Version 6.1.3035.111 of Vivaldi on two different Macbook Pro laptops with two different versions of MacOS.
This problem just started in Version 6.1.3035.100--I upgraded hoping that the newer version would fix the problem but it's still there.On one specific foreign language (Russian) website the Translate Page Dialog pops up correctly, but then goes away and the current page is Reloaded, the Translate Page Dialog pops up again, vanishes, and the current page is Reloaded--this continues forever until I close the tab.
All other Russian foreign language websites, so far, translate with no problems. I'm checking other foreign language sites.

@browserstuff The offending page is...what?

@OakdaleFTL
Thanks for trying that website. It certainly seems to work okay for you.
So it’s something about me. -
@browserstuff I know this might sound silly but I've done it myself: Might you have set the tab for Periodic Reload?
-
Sorry I didn't reply sooner. Your suggestion about Periodic Reload is not silly, in fact, I didn't even know about that feature. I did not set a Reload time and as far as I can tell there is no Reload enabled on the tab where I open vz.ru.
I did discover that if I quickly click the Options button in the Translate Dialog while the cycling is happening and then click
Never Translate This Site
(I leave Offer To Translate Page checked)
I can get the reloading to stop and then manually ask for a the translation. This works as long as I don't close the tab and try again. There's probably a way to force a manual translation on a single webpage that I haven't figured out yet. Maybe not.So far vz.ru is the only website that this problem exists. It started after the next-to-last browser update.
