@nafcom
Hi, I use Opensuse and it use RPM.
My entry looks like:I would download the latest Vivaldi 6.1.3035.100 and use the rpm command directly:
sudo rpm -Uhv vivaldi-stable.xyz ....
This should update your repository list, too.Cheers, mib

@nafcom A 404 error indicates the file is not found.
I previously tried OpenMandriva and saw the 404 error a lot, coming from their own repos and had been told it was in the process of updating, when the errors displayed.

@nafcom Could be that the worldwide caching server for the repo had a issue.

I am aware of that, hence I assumed perhaps the repo URL changed.

This is clearly not the case, as my screenshot indicates, only affected were the external repos such as Vivaldi, OpenMandriva's own repo servers were fine.

This could be very well it, as Opera's and Yandex's repos had the same issues.
Yandex replied back however, that in their case the GPG encryption key requires manual updating.
Anyway, I have manually downloaded and installed the latest RPM as @mib2berlin suggested, let's hope that fixes it long term!
