Bring back "open link in new tab"

As of the latest update, "Open in new tab" is gone :-(. Yes, "Open in background tab" is still there in the long press menu. But surely I wasn't the only one who used just plain "Open in new tab" very frequently. Now every new tab is "Open in background tab" then tap the tabs button, then tap the newly created tab. So clunky.

I registered just to thumbs up this feature request.

It seems like such a strange decision to remove the very top option, and also very un-Vivaldi to just remove such a basic feature in general. I'm almost inclined to believe its removal is a bug rather than an intentional decision.

Hi, this is a bug/regression , reported, confirmed and fixed.
If a user disable Tab Stacks in settings the entry disappear.
Should be included in one of the next updates.

My app just updated this afternoon, and the "open in new tab" is back! Thank you so for the quick fix!
