Opening link inside tab groups should open new tab inside the group

I would expect clicking on an URL (that opens a new tab auto) inside a tab that is in a tab group, to open a new tab inside the the group and not outside in the tab overview screen. This also happens if I press the "new tab (+)" button while having the group open/active.

Not on my laptop and can't check but if that's indeed how it currently works, there should be an option to open a tab within a group really...
