Speed dials - can't create new

I synced my speed dial, removed one (the only one i had) from the desktop browser this synced to iOS and now i can't add any in my iPhone.
Or i don't seem to find how.
In new tabs there's an image to add a folder but it does not do anything.
Anyone knows how to create them from iOS?
I'm guessing i can create them on desktop and sync again to recover it, will try later on. -
@corconegr3 Open your bookmarks then create a folder. There should be a toggle to create a Speed Dial folder.
