Trouble with Teams/GoToMeeting/Zoom meetings

Running Vivaldi 6.0.2979.18 (Stable channel) stable (64-bit) on Kubuntu 23.04 with a Wayland session.
I cannot get audio to work principally with Microsoft Teams, but also with other meeting sites such as Zoom and GoToMeeting. Video is broken but in different ways in that One image is sent and received when I start the meeting but immediately freezes.
My current workaround is to use Firefox for these applications, which performs as expected, but isn't a useful workaround.
Switching back to an X11 session isn't a fix since I need the multitouch features of my Trackpad which aren't offered in X11, in order to alleviate medical issues with using my workstation.
Teams did work at some point last year, but I'm not sure what combination of OS, Vivaldi or Teams changes broke it. How can I get it working again?
