Speed Dial - Icon View | Avoid Default Favicon if Possible

Several folders got a default favicon even if inside there are a lot of favicons to take it from:
The world icon only should be taken as a fallback.

@Hadden89 Is seems that BK favicon changer (last update on 2014!) still works and the change is reflected everywhere as long there are not nested folder inside the Speed Dial. In such case, even if changed, the favicon still is default on the dial, because is not updated on Speed Dial. I might consider doing a bug report at this point but I've to test a bit more

Oh, it seems the placing the nested folders with missing icons to the bottom act as a good workaround:
