Speed Dials Will not open in new Tab or Window when selected

Of late, when I select a speed dial to open, in either a new tab, a new window, or a new private window, it will NOT open. Seems that the speed dial will only respond after I just click on it thereby overriding the SpeedDial Tab. When I go back, then I can open the Dial in a new tabl or window. This is a new problem for me as I have always opened Dials in a new Tab, Window, or Private Window depending on what I am doing. I want to leave the SpeedDial Tab available on the Tab bar.
This is one feature I would request: that by simply clicking on a Dial, it would automatically open in a new Tab (by Default), instead of on top of the Speed Dial Tab.

@Mongoose1952 Is that a Speed Dial folder? If yes, the issue was fixed in a 6.1.3001.3 Snapshot some days ago.

No, nothing to do with snapshot. Just how I open, or used to open a Speed Dial vs. how it works now (or doesn't work).
Simply put, when I left click on a Speed Dial to open it in a new Tab, it does not respond. I noticed it will only respond after I have right clicked on it thereby opening it in the same tab as the Speed Dials Tab was in. Then when going BACK, I can then left click on the Dial and open a new Tab. Never used to do that and is inconvenient to have to do that for how I like to operate.

@Mongoose1952 Have you switched mouse buutons? You say left click? You want to use the context menu?
Does these clicks work:
Shift+LeftClick for new foreground tab
Ctrl+LeftClick for new background tab -
Thanks for the reply. I realize now that I got my "right" and "left" clicks mixed up! duh! "The other left, dummy!"
Call it mouse dyslexia, a problem I have from having my left mouse button be the dominant use button on my right hand, I guess.
The "shift-left click: works but the "ctrl-left click" does not.
I can get it to work, just seems a bit tiresome. Would be much easier if speeddials would automatically open in new tabs.

Actually, I just noticed the "Ctrl-left click" did work at I had a bunch of tabs opened. They snuck up on me as they were quiet in the "background." I just did not notice them. I guess that is what is intended but I would never want to do that anyway. Thanks!

This sounds like you should be using Mouse Gestures
