100% cpu usage when any tab is using 3d

pretty self explanatory, any time i have a tab open running something in 3d my cpu usage shoots up to 100%, this only just started happening and i dont know whats causing it.

Hi, it seams your GPU is not used for 3D content like WebGL.
Check if the hardware acceleration is enabled in Settings > Webpages.
Open vivaldi://gpu should show you what is accelerated and what not.
Often a Chromium update kicks out GPU´s out of support, the last Vivaldi update change Chromium from 110 to 112.Cheers, mib

I tried with and without hardware accel but both have the same issue, i checked the vivaldi://gpu thing but i dont really understand most of it, says "Software only, hardware acceleration unavailable" on anything relating to webgl, and most other things just say disabled but i dont know how to enable them.

okay so it just suddenly stopped doing it after restarting vivaldi, i didnt think it would do anything as i restarted it when i enabled hardware acceleration.
