just curious what browsers ppl use
-
Firefox. Just one of those who continue to "dare to be different." I began with Netscape 3.0 and advanced all the way to NS 9 before switching over to Firebird and then Firefox (toyed briefly with the Mozilla suite and then SeaMonkey but the idea of a suite was of no interest to me once I got my hands on a browser only - Firefox).
-
I see that many folks here use various unpopular browsers. I wonder what made you choose them?
-
wonders idly to herself what this "vivaldi" thing is that some peeps seem to be mumbling about...
-
Vivaldi
Firefox
Chromium
Konqueror
Opera Presto
Lynx
First preferred browser, others for web dev tests. -
Vivaldi and Re downloaded Chrome Just to see how close I can Replicate it with what's available
-
@ybjrepnfr Let me enlighten you to the golden standard of privacy and security that is vivaldi
-
I have recently switched to Vivaldi. I like it so I will try to move all the most important info to this browser completely and make it the default one. I've used Opera mainly before but it's not that good anymore.

just curious what browsers ppl use i use 3 my self
vivaldi my main obviously lol
brave for my 2 spot
and then firefox have been on that one for 15 20 years lolBefore using Vivaldi, I used Opera 9-12 and before that Netscape Communicator 4.5-4.79.
-
Brave first as Im still learning Vivaldi with DuckDuckGo on hand if Brave goes down
-
While I love Vivaldi for personal browsing, Chrome seems to integrate better with some work applications.
-
I'm self-employed. Vivaldi is the only browser that integrates with my work. Every other browser takes more steps, motions, actions to accomplish the same amount.
-
On my personal laptop and phone I use mainly Vivaldi. I used Firefox before too, but after installing Linux I noticed that Vivaldi runs much better.
On work laptop I use multiple browsers. One application is open in Chrome, one in Edge, ticket system in Librewolf and then personal stuff on Vivaldi.
-
Firefox, Vivaldi and Mullvad Browser and on iPhone/iPad i use Safari or Brave. On my work devices Firefox and Chrome.
To me no one ticks all my boxes/wishes so i alternate either depending on task or more often just because one has started to annoy me and i need a break. So a "It's definetly you, and not me" kind of situation
-
Vivaldi
Opera
Edge
