Probably you have to enable it.

Each one should decide it and for what time.BTW,
It would be a good idea to be advised if it is not.Some features are showed as a reminder since some versions ago, not sure about this one.

This is it for me. I have dealt with the terrible address bar, having to customize things to stop looking terrible because of bad theme changes and general instability. But I did all that because workspaces were such a good feature I could use for work... well now all that benefit is gone and I will lose a bunch of time with work dealing with all the lost tabs. It's not the first time I've lost tabs but usually they survived in workspaces or with a restart, now they are just fucking gone.
