@nightsmusic Hi, the URL
https://www.vladstudio.com/
leads to an invalid TLS server response - in ALL browsers. It's simply a broken URL.$ sslscan https://www.vladstudio.com Version: 2.0.15 Windows 64-bit (Mingw) OpenSSL 1.1.1e-dev xx XXX xxxx Connected to 135.181.30.138 Testing SSL server www.vladstudio.com on port 443 using SNI name www.vladstudio.com SSL/TLS Protocols: SSLv2 disabled SSLv3 disabled TLSv1.0 disabled TLSv1.1 disabled TLSv1.2 disabled TLSv1.3 disabled TLS Fallback SCSV: Connection failed - unable to determine TLS Fallback SCSV support TLS renegotiation: Session renegotiation not supported TLS Compression: Compression disabled Heartbleed: Supported Server Cipher(s): Unable to parse certificate Unable to parse certificate Unable to parse certificate Unable to parse certificate Certificate information cannot be retrieved.
There is simply no way that site can work.
However, going to
https://vladstudio.com
will redirect to a valid site:$ curl -I https://vladstudio.com/ HTTP/2 301 alt-svc: h3=":443"; ma=2592000 location: https://vlad.studio/ server: Caddy date: Fri, 14 Apr 2023 18:08:38 GMT
I suggest you check your URLs and bookmarks.

@nightsmusic said in This Site Can't Provide A Secure Connection:
it redirects to vlad.studio and has absolutely no problem doing that on Chrome, Firefox or Opera on my laptop using Windows
Yes, and
https://vladstudio.com
does that in Vivaldi just fine as well.Going to
https://www.vladstudio.com
will fail, in all browsers.this happens a lot
You'll need to give actual examples, there's no point discussing generalities.

@nightsmusic Your screenshot in the first post clearly shows that you tried to go to
www.vladstudio.com
Clicking your link to vladstudio.com leads to a perfectly working redirect to https://vlad.studio
However, going to
https://www.vlad.studio
will also fail. In all browsers. -
@nightsmusic said in This Site Can't Provide A Secure Connection:
why is there no "proceed at your own risk" work around?
Because there is no way to proceed to the site.
As mentioned by others, the site itself is broken. Specifically, it returns a Fatal TLS "Internal Error" message.
There is no way any TLS client can get through to get real content. This is not like an unknown/expired site certificate, where the server is really able to talk to the client, if the client accepts the broken, dangerous data the server sent.
