KP.org not rendering properly

https://kaiserpermanente.org AKA KP.org isn't rendering properly on latest version of Vivaldi for Mac. Lots of sections aren't loading. Tried Private Window and tried disabling all blockers, but that didn't help. Renders perfectly on Chrome.

I'm on Windows, but the site seems to render just fine here. Web site issues are rarely OS-dependent. Maybe someone with MacOS could verify too.

All I get is one word: Forbidden.

Might need to clear the cache.

For the one getting forbidden check the end of the url see if there are extra characters at end of the url

Not only is something added at the end, there is a prefix added as well. This is what I see in the address bar:
https://healthy.kaiserpermanente.org/front-door
Removing the extra text makes no difference.
