How Do You Use Rocker Gestures?
-
There are two rocker gestures that can be enabled in Settings, Mouse, Rocker Gestures:
- Right: Hold the Left Mouse Button and Click the Right Mouse Button
- Left: Hold the Right Mouse Button and Click the Left Mouse Button
- I assign Pin / Unpin Tab to Rocker Gesture Right. This provides a quick way to move a Tab to the first position on the tab bar by executing it twice in succession.
- I assign Settings to Rocker Gesture Left because I open settings very frequently.

@Pesala , I use it for back/forward, using the lateral buttons 4 and 5 of my mouse. They do the same as the combination of button 1 and 2, but with a single click of each. A tip of those who use a 5 button mouse.

Mouse Gestures
- I use GestureLeft for History Back and GestureRight for History Forward. The simplest gestures to execute should be used for the most frequently used commands.
- GestureRight, GestureLeft I use to show/hide the panels, which are on the right
- GestureLeft, GestureRight is handy for Fullscreen Mode.
I often experiment with different shortcuts. If they don't stand the test of time, and rarely get used, I assign them to some other command. I only have three buttons on my mouse.

@Pesala , yes, I also used back and forth with mouse gestures, but I tend to move the mouse pretty fast and when this inadvertently caused me to go back and forth, I relegated it to the botons. I prefer to use a mouse with 5 or more buttons, because they offer many more interactions without having to resort to the keyboard. For price there is not much difference.

I use the default - moving back and forward in visited pages. I've changed the default gestures for same functions to move to previous/next tab.
