Download .msi-installers incomplete

Not 100% sure if it's a bug, but I'm unable to completely download msi-installers, for whatever reason. Vivaldi downloads 100%, but it doesn't create the file. So I'm stuck with a file that I can't use. For example: "Unconfirmed 541228.crdownload"
I can download the file(s) with Opera and Brave without any issues.

@jrkl It's just some stupid Chromium "security feature" that sometimes does not trigger the dialog asking if you want to keep the "insecure" download...
Go to the Chromium downloads page ad select Keep:

I really hope this "feature" changes, since I don't want to go to "vivaldi://downloads" constantly for me to accept it.

@jrkl In this case the MSI files, from Microsoft, two ftechted at once?
Known issue with Vivaldi downloader.

@jrkl It doesn't happen everywhere. What you should see is a dialog asking if you want to keep the file. Sometimes this fails, no idea why.
