Mobile view with "Toggle Device Toolbar" doesn't work with undocked DevTools

Hello everyone.
The title should be self-explanatory. I'm wondering if this is a known issue, or if I should file a bug report for it.
I could reproduce it in the stable v5.7.2921.63 as well as in the latest snapshot v5.8.2968.2.
