Solved Unable To Sign-In To Gmail Account
-
I'm currently using the following version of vivaldi snapshot 5.8.2955.3 (Official Build) (64-bit) , I'm currently unable to perform a normal sign-in to my gmail account. I've already done something to try and fix my issue, I've deleted all of my saved cookies in the hope that would fix my issue. I've also tried turning off the content blocker thinking that might be the cause of my issue, neither one of these actions corrected my issue. While using different browser's I'm not having this same issue, so it must be something within vivaldi itself causing the issue, I'm enclosing a screenshot of the page I receive when trying to sign-in to gmail.

Hello,
First of all I just wanted to say THANK YOU so much for all of the responses as it surely means a lot to me. I'm thinking it might have been caused by two different issue's, the good thing is at least for now I'm able to once again login properly to my gmail account normally. Like the web page displayed, I deleted all the cookies that dealt with gmail & google, I also installed this extension: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/user-agent-switcher-and-m/bhchdcejhohfmigjafbampogmaanbfkg that let me modify the user agent string to vivaldi and so far everything is back to normal.Update: I actually thought I had my accounts.google.com login issue corrected, I just tried signing into my gmail account a few seconds ago and I yet again received the 'This Page Isn't Working' notification, this is so frustrating not being able to login to gmail properly. I did observe something interesting though in the address bar:
Davidhttps://mail.google.com/accounts/SetOSID at one point I did see a reference to 'V3' included in this line of text but not this time.Update 2: As a trial I've installed the latest stable release version (5.7.2921.65 (Stable channel) (64-bit) of vivaldi, at least with this version I'm able to login to my gmail account normally, I'll miss some of the additional features of the snapshot version that I was originally using but at least now I'm not upset that I couldn't login to gmail.

@Davy49 Try Ctrl F5 to force reload.
Does it work in Guest Window?
If yes some of your installed extensions or security tool is causing the issue. -
Hi. it's happened to me quite a few times, but not every time. I have to close and reopen Vivaldi for the issue to go away.
-
@foulke another sugguestion: go to you google profile and allow Vivaldi
-
@Davy49 Is your Google account set to permit "less secure" applications? It will block Vivaldi by default if this is not set.

@Ayespy they call us third party.and strongly recommeded not to enable
