Vivaldi Doesn't Open Links Behind Mail

There is an option in the macOS Mail app that allows the user to open a link in the background, i.e. without switching focus to the browser.
This option doesn't play nice with Vivaldi as the default browser. Focus is switched every time, which is mildly irritating.

@dgenchev I can confirm... Firefox, Chrome and Opera also take focus. It seems the only browser that accepts the "open behind" request is Safari. Not too surprising.
(However, I tested using Browserosaurus — which may have garbled the request... But since it got through to Safari that seems unlikely.)
