Edit Toolbar drag and drop customize not working

Drag and drop to rearrange not working in the above place, when I drop the icon where I want it to go, nothing happens, I am able to drag and drop though, it just doesn't work! I want to rearrange from this screen. I know, I can do it without going to this screen by using Ctrl + drag and drop but I want to do it from here.

@waleedrana777 Working fine for me (without Ctrl) in the latest Stable and Snapshot versions, on Windows 10.

@waleedrana777 I had this problem too. In my case, I thought I just needed to drag an icon from the top to the bottom of this window, but that didn't work.

Then I found out that I need to drag the icon into the toolbar, so out of that window to where it should be directly.

I don't know why there are 2 different areas in that window. It caused my missunderstanding.

The bottom area of the dialog shows the default toolbar.

Yes, but not all users understand that this section is related to Reset Toolbar to Default button.
IMHO: not really intuitive, the UI.
