What Browser should we use on Windows 7, 8, & 8.1?

Seeing as Vivaldi no longer gets updates on Windows 8.1: What would be a good browser to use there?

Edit: Changed title to "What Browser should we use on Windows 7, 8, & 8.1?", as most browsers that support Win. 8.1 seem to support Win. 7 and above.

The latest version of Firefox (110.0.1) supports Windows 7 and above. Firefox might be the most Vivaldi-like browser, after Vivaldi itself.

Right. Firefox it is. But I would still prefer Vivaldi to buck the trend and continue to support Win 8.1.
