"Your connection is not private" error with no Safe Mode option

Hello,

I upgraded my laptop to Windows 11 and updated my Vivaldi browser (version 5.7.2921.60). I have many websites that now give me the "Your connection is not private" error and then tell me that I cannot access the site. There is no "Safe Mode" available either. This is getting so annoying as all the websites used to work perfectly. If I switch to Chrome, FireFox and even Edge, they all work fine without any issue.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

@dmwardus At your own risk, go to Settings, Address Bar, and disable:

Always Use Secure Connection (HTTPS)

@Pesala Thanks. I went to uncheck it and it wasn't even checked. This makes it more frustrating why I keep getting the error. All the websites I'm trying to access use https.
