Mouse left click does not work inside web pages.

often my mouse left clicks won't do anything inside webpages. aot twitter and youtube.
after about 5/7 sec it will work again. it's very annoying. and only inside the websites. vivaldi search bar and browser UI works fine. I'm on windows 11. cable internet. EU.my mouse works fine inside of other programs. it's just in webpages. i use a logitech mx vertical in both bluetooth and cable mode, the mode does not seem to influence things.
