random freezing and logs me out of all sites randomly

so it's been a while since i've been here and those are two seperate issues

so it's not very often but sometimes it's like it freezes and videos keep playing or if a site's loading it'll load but then i can't click on anything or type anything. only way to fix it is to close and reopen the browser and then it's alright for maybe a week or two. it's always random and it's always seems to happen when i have multiple tabs open and am opening a new tab.

browser logs me out of all sites like couple/few times a week and i have to sign in to all websites again. there are really only a couple of sites i stay logged in to like google but being i use vpn it's always a pain to sign in because i got go verify email bla bla bla. is this a security feature now?

p.s. cookie settings are "all" and "block in incognito mode only"
and i do not use a vivaldi profile in the browser -

so i'm STILL having this problem! it's happened to me twice in a row just now where i had to cancel a download and CLOSED EVERYTHING ON MY PC open vivaldi back up. start the download and two minutes later BAM ... SAME PROBLEM. BROWSER FREEZE. i can open up ms edge and continue to browse while my file downloads in a froze browser... guess that's what i'm gonna do because i'm having a really bad day and just need this iso file for a laptop i'm working on.
it would be nice to not have this problem. it's been going on for better part of a year probably by now. thanks. bye

@d3adf1sh Can you tell us anything about what kind of system you are running, and any extensions you have installed? Any third party security software on board?
