corner radius and shadow on drop downs

anyone any idea how to get square corners and remove the edge shadow - it seems the devs are following Microsoft in the style of win11 except both can be removed in 11 - one with a reg fix put forward by microsoft - the other with a setting

not everyone wants these things so they should be optional within Vivaldi

@adacom Context menus, bookmarks bar dropdowns and the horizontal/V button menus are not part of Vivaldi's UI code and cannot be modded.

It has nothing about V devs "following MS" - it's all Chromium base code.

I don't have Win11 so I can't check, and I think that flag is only available on Win11, unless it's already removed - if so Chromium has decided to go with rounded menus.
