Bookmark changes not updating until restart

I've noticed that changes to the bookmarks, like adding, renaming, or moving (drag-and-drop & "edit") are not properly saving. Both in bar & panel. Changes are reflected after restarting the browser. Mobile seems to work though.
In addition, it takes way longer to save the bookmark. -

Hi, I could only reproduce it with 100+ tabs and running Vivaldi for some hours.
