Amazon "Your Payments" page doesn't work in Vivaldi [SOLVED]

The following url give an error in Vivaldi:
https://www.amazon.com/cpe/yourpayments/wallet?ref_=ya_d_c_pmt_mpoTo get there you need to be logged into your Amazon account then go to Your Account:
Then click "Your Payments". For me, this gives the following error:
This page isn’t working
If the problem continues, contact the site owner.
HTTP ERROR 400
The exact same url works fine in chrome (cut and pasted)
If I remove the ref query parameter (which Amazon puts there automatically), the link now works in Vivaldi:

@browseruser Page works fine in Vivaldi, tested in clean profiles of 5.6 Stable and 5.7 Snapshot.
Please try the troubleshooting steps, including testing in a clean profile and disabling adblocking/extensions:

@Pathduck Should have tried that first. Thanks it does work in a clean profile but doesn't work in my main profile even with all extensions disabled and restarting the browser. Guess I'll check out some of the other troubleshooting steps

Clicking the lock icon in the address bar on amazon.com and then cookies and removing all cookies fixed the issue
