Navigation Bar and Status Bar Gone after update

After Updating the Navigation Bar will not show up..
Shutting down and resetting do nothing. Status bar is also missing.

@Leeclay I see the Status Bar at the bottom of your screenshot. To show the Address Bar, go to Settings, Address Bar to enable it.
Go to Settings, Keyboard, View to add a shortcut for show/hide address bar.

Did you try pressing F11 or Ctrl+F11?

@Pesala Tried disabling and reenabling via settings with result being the setting showing it checked, but no change in the Browser.
