I have six ThinkPad E525's running Kubuntu 20.04 that have been unable to update since around Thanksgiving.
Error: Hash Sum does not match: vivaldi-stable_5.6.2867.58-1_amd64.deb
Expected Hash: SHA512 ###
Received Hash: SHA512 ###Notice: has been removed vivaldi-stable_5.6.2867.58-1_amd64.deb but will try another mirror
Error: No more mirrors available for vivaldi-stable_5.6.2867.58-1_amd64.deb
Our three KDE laptops updated fine as do our desktops.

@wadesmart I do not know if the repo is broken.
I had no issues to update on Ubuntu 22, Mint 21 and Debian 11.tell about the repos set with apt config.
cat /etc/apt/sources.list cat /etc/apt/sources.list.d/vivaldi*.list
Please try a direct download and install Vivaldi in shell:
wget -c https://downloads.vivaldi.com/stable/vivaldi-stable_5.6.2867.58-1_amd64.deb sudo dpkg -i vivaldi-stable_5.6.2867.58-1_amd64.deb

Yes, I can do that but except for my desktop and my laptop none are local to me and I would rather not have to download and install each time.
And as of right now - that is what Ive done on mine - the rest are all staying the way they are.

Try this:
sudo apt-get clean
sudo apt-get update
If that does not help:
sudo apt-get clean
sudo apt-get autoclean
sudo apt-get update
sudo rm -R /var/lib/apt/lists/*
sudo apt-get update
