Many processes usage

It's a normal, that I have open only 1 tab but I see that vivaldi is presented in task manager as e.g. 14 processes

Yes, this is perfectly normal for all modern browsers that use a multi-process architecture.
Each tab is a process. Each extenson is a process. There are GPU, utility, network, storage and audio processes.
Use the internal Task Manager (Shift+ESC) to see what they are.

You can set background tabs by context menu to hibernate, after that it consumes less RAM and CPU.
