Full Screen with and/or without main address bar
-
I am unclear about full screen mode in vivaldi. When I am in full screen mode on my windows machine, my extensions, my address bar, my book bar, tab bars all go away. Love the look and is great for focus.
On the other hand, on my Mac machine when I go in full screen my all of my bars are still showing up. It is just fully maximized on my screen. I can of course get the tabs and book marks to go away by using the specified shortcuts, but still cant get the main address/extension bar to go away.I see the need for BOTH. On my windows machine I dont know how to get the bars to show in full screen and on my mac, I cant get them to go away- ha! Is there a way to get ALL the bars to go away on a mac machine. Any input is helpful. I looked in all the short cuts for an options and I do not see anything.

@sasTRADES Hi - I can't really say anything about the MacOS thing, but sounds like a bug you should report.
Please read:
carefully and report the bug to Vivaldi bugtracker
For fullscreen (possibly on MacOS too?), you can toggle the UI elements using keyboard hotkeys. Tab bar, URL bar, Bookmarks bar, Status bar and of course Panels bar (F4) can all be toggled on/off in fullscreen.
(These are just my hotkeys, you can set your own) -
