CPU usage High

I have reinstalled the browser. And set up a profile from scratch. There are no problems. This will be much faster than waiting for the developers to fix...
-
Reinstalling the browser fixed my issue too

I haven't tried a reinstall yet. Although I have been running snapshot 5.8.2936.3 and that has the same issue as stable. However disabling Mail, Cal etc, fixes the problem there as well.

@Cliffart
Hi, do you keep the user data or did you completey wipe all?
I test this again on Windows 11, with second clean profile and with completely reinstalled, wiped all install.
Cant reproduce it with adding one mail account and one feed.On Linux I cant reproduce it anymore with a clean install.
This is not really a solution if you have 50 feeds and 10 mail accounts but I guess there is no other way at moment.I used the "Without any guarantees" methode @DoctorG mention several times, work without issues but to be 100% save backup your profile.
Cheers, mib

Feel free to submit bug reports. My bug report was buried. Could not reproduce (Closed not completely). Otherwise, you will wait a long time, or you will have to set up a new profile ...

@Igor_VL
Hi, file bug reports nobody can reproduce is only more work for the developer and tester, they better spend there time for fixing bugs.
All testers and developer use a clean profile, you need a clean state to test something.Remember the first words of a supporter: "Set your device/software to factory defaults, please".
Cheers, mib

@mib2berlin, wiped all and restored from the cloud. Everything went well.
No feeds, no mail, just browser and two profiles.

Vivaldi with 15 tabs open+ YT video

Disable the
mail calendar and feeds
and restart solved this for me.
The CPU usage wouldn't reduce before restarting.
