I can't create a shortcut to youtube, but I can view it as an app?

I don't get it. When I right click on a YouTube page's Tab in Vivaldi, I see the option to 'Open in YouTube', which opens it in a PWA (App window). But I do not get the 'Create Shortcut' menu item, so I can create a shortcut to this Youtube App???
Is there another way to Create a Shortcut to this Youtube app window???

@Snacko You can have app or shortcut, not both.
You already have added Youtube as a app, please check vivaldi://apps. -
Ok, I understand. I can't have also a shortcut on my 'desktop'.
I really just wanted it on my Taskbar, and was able to Pin it to Start when the app was open, and then Pin the Start icon to Taskbar.

If you have already added a app, you can create additional shortcuts it by opening vivaldi://apps , hovering on the desired app icon in apps page and use context menu "Create shortcuts…"
