Where to change the mouse scroll speed

Vivaldi 5.5.2805.42 (Stable channel) (64-bits) on a new Windows 11 Pro (22H2) install.
IS there a way to change the mouse scroll speed in Vivaldi? The smooth scrolling option works fine.
The mouse scroll speed in Vivaldi is slower than in Edge. If I open exact the same page in Edge, the scroll speed is fine but in Vivaldi too slow.
I can change the vertical scroll speed in the Windows settings: a speed of 5 is fine in Vivaldi. But then the scroll speed in Windows Explorer, Edge and other programs is too fast. So that's no option.

Use the extension "Chromium Wheel Smooth Scroller".

It works like silk.
