Alarm clock reminder does not work with full-screen software

I often use Vivaldi's countdown timer in cooking to remind me to work between the computer and the kitchen.
However, Vivaldi's alarm notifications do not work with full-screen software. For example, the mpv player that plays videos in full screen
This makes it very easy for me to miss alarm notifications, of course, with sound effects. But it's hard to hear the instant sound effects when playing video
So I hope Vivaldi's alarm reminders are top priority and won't be overwritten by full-screen software.

@Poto Try changing the notification sound to the Rooster - it is much louder.
