Zoom doesn't "stick"

I want Vivaldi to retain this window size and position when I launch a new session but when I relaunch the browser the window isn't stretching the entire width of the screen, so I have to use "Window/Zoom" again.

Use Tab Zoom

).Sorry, this doesn't help. I'm not referring to zoom as it applies to web page content. Mac has a menu item under Window called Zoom that causes an application window to fill the screen horizontally while leaving the menu bar and app dock visible at top and bottom. This setting is not being retained when you close the browser window and then relaunch. Minor inconvenience, though.
