[Commands][Tabs] Add left/right tab without wrap around

Problem

When I'm working in the "last tabs" section (e.g. right-most few tabs in horizontal tab organization) and I run the next tab command a few times to selet another tab it's never my intention to "wrap around" to jump to the first tabs (left-most) as those tabs are usually some older tabs that I only need to go to rarely and explicitly.
Yet this is the default and only available option for the previous/next tab commands

Solution

Please add two more commands

• Next Tab (doesn't wrap around the end)
• Previous Tab (doesn't wrap around the start)
