"Open a New Tab"-button not working

I'm currently experiencing an issue where the new tab button isn't working.
After restarting the browser the button starts working again (until next login I think).
Vivaldi 5.4.2753.40 stable
The key-combination ctr-t works however.
I'm currently on Garuda Linux (arch derivative) with the 5.18.16-zen Kernel. -

I cant reproduce it but iirc one other user report it, no idea if this was on Arch.
Garuda is more alien than Arch but we have a lot of Arch user in the forum to help you.

UPDATE:
I don't know anymore when it actually occurs because after some testing it just seems to be random, sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't
