v5.4 GPU assisted operations

I am not 100% sure, but it looks like that Vivaldi v5.4 for Linux has disabled all GPU assisted operations. I am not 100% sure because I haven't been closely checking multimedia every day.
With v5.3 I had found a nice balance and "a lot of stuff" was being hardware-assisted. At least as reported in vivaldi://gpu .
It wasn't doing full hw-assisted video decoding, but for example, zoom was not having lagging videos.
Now, with the same hardware and software used in v5.3, I get nothing: everything is disabled. And zoom has lagging video.I only have a Linux machine so I cannot compare that to Windows or macOS.
Is it just me?
Anyone else is experiencing the same?

I get nothing: everything is disabled.I know video en/decoding was not working, nonetheless I could see better performances in v5.3 than in v5.4
UPDATE:
As Chromium was working, I did a complete flag reset and copied them over from Chromium. Nothing changed.
After a complete reboot (also completely closing vivaldi) I got it working!
Will check the video lagging at the next zoom call.
